A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Help Desk Customer Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing front line support to employees via phone, e-mail, and self-service
- Problem solving to determine nature of the issue
- Performing password resets and user account lockout diagnostics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with reporting problems, or working to find solutions
- Experience with Accounting, AR and current ERP system used
- Knowledge of Agriculture practices
- Customer Service-orientation with a passion for customer satisfaction
