Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company is in need of a Remote Technology HR Generalist in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with your region or function's HR Business Partner on larger projects and org changes
- Advising and providing coaching to first-time managers on employee relations, systems implementation,
- Identifying and recommending continuous improvements to HR programs and processes to drive efficiencies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations
- 5 years of HR experience in fast growing organizations
- Experience with being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organization
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communicator with demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a rapidly changing environment
