Job Summary

A software solutions company is in need of a Remote Technology Implementation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Documenting customer requirements using user stories, workflow diagrams, etc
Configure and test the software to meet customer requirements
Organize and track work using our project management software

Required Skills:

3 years of prior software implementation experience delivering a COTS solution
5 years of experience documenting business requirements and delivering technical solutions
Proficient with BPM methodology and tools and standard project management software
Well versed in data architecture and client-server concepts
