A software solutions company is in need of a Remote Technology Implementation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting customer requirements using user stories, workflow diagrams, etc
  • Configure and test the software to meet customer requirements
  • Organize and track work using our project management software

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of prior software implementation experience delivering a COTS solution
  • 5 years of experience documenting business requirements and delivering technical solutions
  • Proficient with BPM methodology and tools and standard project management software
  • Well versed in data architecture and client-server concepts
