Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Implementation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the primary contact for clients during the implementation and onboarding phase of the client lifecycle
  • Setting up client accounts in the company's database
  • Developing and executing customized implementation project plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-4 years of experience implementing software in a specialist and/or consultative role
  • Previous experience working in SaaS
  • Proven experience working with external customers
