Remote Technology Learning Design and Delivery Program Manager

Job Summary

A software platform for restaurant management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Learning Design and Delivery Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Champion a formal intake process for all enablement needs
• Build accountability metrics to drive adoption of our project management tool
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to complete needs assessments for enablement requests

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in a program management, enablement, training or related field
• Success managing processes around large-scale projects
• Ability to work cross functionally to drive alignment and streamlined processes that drive established goals
• A balance of detail oriented execution and big picture thinking
• Ability to identify a problem and ideate on potential solutions
• Experience building data backed recommendations, engage stakeholders, and deliver a solution consistent with recommendations
