Job Summary
A non-profit technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Technology Legal Services Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create contracts and legal guidance for internal teams
- Lead the construction of plain language contracts appropriate for non legal audiences
- Assist in creating new corporate structures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Admitted to practice law in State of New York, California, or Washington DC
- Relevant work experience in a contract administration environment
- Ability to read complex documents with an eye for proper contract language
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Have a minimum of 25 mbps download internet
