Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading team through all technology solution development phases by ensuring team understands and adheres to company methodology, policies, standards, and controls
- Ensuring the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse stakeholders by building and maintaining trusting relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management
- Reporting progress and status on key initiatives and issues to leadership. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for initiatives involving quality and processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
- 8 or more years of technology, project and/or release management experience
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies. Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge and practice
- Knowledge and experience with healthcare information technology is a plus
- Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
