Job Summary

A climate crisis-fighting technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Member Experience Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Consolidating, organizing, analyzing and reporting weekly/monthly on agent metrics
  • Managing a team of 10 to 15 Member Experience agents
  • Ensuring that daily metrics (TPH, FTR, CSAT, QA) are achieved

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years professional experience in a management role
  • High School Diploma or work experience equivalent
  • Proficiency with Excel and data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of taking initiative
