Job Summary
A climate crisis-fighting technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Member Experience Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consolidating, organizing, analyzing and reporting weekly/monthly on agent metrics
- Managing a team of 10 to 15 Member Experience agents
- Ensuring that daily metrics (TPH, FTR, CSAT, QA) are achieved
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years professional experience in a management role
- High School Diploma or work experience equivalent
- Proficiency with Excel and data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of taking initiative
