Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technology Onboarding Sales Enablement Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the training program for sales roles
- Design onboarding content for each learning track to achieve new hire mastery of each roles specific competencies
- Facilitate a virtual onboarding program
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years of experience in sales, enablement or learning and development
- Strong sense of passion and ownership for the work you do and experiences you create
- Polished and enthusiastic facilitator both live and virtual
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Organizational, coordination, planning and project management skills
