Job Summary
A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider has an open position for a Remote Technology Operations Center Technician II in Costa Mesa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining documents, procedures, and run books without direction
- Ensuring notifications are accurate and sent out within published SLA
- Communicating problems to all levels of the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in Information Technology
- Experience with problem and incident management processes and tools
- Basic understanding of software architectural patterns
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting
- Basic knowledge of monitoring systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server, Red Hat & CentOS Linux
