Job Summary
An education solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Technology Partner Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the implementation and onboarding process of all new and renewing customers
- Managing new client implementations via email, phone, web based tools and live presentations
- Tracking implementation tasks against a schedule and coordinating with internal staff to ensure goals are met on a timely basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to comfortably communicate with multiple levels of management and with customers
- Proven track record and capabilities for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to answer and delegate ongoing questions from clients
