Job Summary
A cloud based business solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Payments Risk and Underwriting Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring merchant accounts to identify potentially fraudulent activity
- Conducting investigations into accounts that present fraud or risk exposure
- Reviewing all incoming chargeback disputes and assist merchants with filling rebuttals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in payments risk management within financial services industries
- Familiar with a variety of online payments methods, including debit cards, credit cards, ACH and international payments
- Knowledge of both consumer and commercial payments
- Understanding of know your customer requirements, tools and best practices
- Experience in merchant underwriting and risk with a merchant processor, payment facilitator, SaaS provider or fintech company
