Job Summary

An information technology and services company specializing in machine learning based analytics is seeking a Remote Technology People Operations Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee files for current and former employees
  • Assemble and administer documents using Docusign for employees

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years experience in the people ops
  • Familiarity of various disciplines of HR, knowledge of HR processes and transactions
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet deadlines, analyze data, and complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
