Job Summary

A multinational technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology People Service Delivery Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing the HR team’s service delivery strategy/management mechanisms to understand key opportunities
• Elevating the organization’s focus on process design, optimization, and customer-focused outcomes
• Ensuring HR is delivering quality business-as-usual (BAU) services to associates and managers
