Job Summary
An education company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Product Design Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering high-quality user experiences that improve usability, drive student engagement, and lead to better outcomes
- Growing, leading, and inspiring a team of high-performing product designers
- Promoting and championing informed decision-making, including quantitative and qualitative research practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years relevant design experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS B2C or B2B (Required)
- Experience attracting, hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent
- 5+ years of leadership experience with direct people management (required)
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in planning and delivering outstanding products
- Demonstrated success delivering high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle within a Software as a Service (SaaS) organization
