Job Summary

A provider of U.S. residential real estate services has an open position for a Remote Technology Product Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of support for their assigned Product teams
  • Support Product Managers in managing rollouts/launches of new products
  • Assist Product Managers with VOC follow-up and reporting

Qualifications Include:

  • BA or BS or higher in field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related
  • 2-3+ years of product or technology experience, preferably in a customer service role
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Technologically proficient
