Job Summary

A company providing internet payment solutions to businesses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Product Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain an ongoing system of tracking bugs and trends escalating from the customer success and growth organizations
  • Curate a backlog of feature requests enriched with incidence data from major accounts
  • Deliver voice of the customer to other teams throughout the organization in the form of meetings, presentations and reports

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of extensive experience supporting web software products at a SaaS company or similar
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of Recharge as a system and tech stack
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in SQL
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to diagnose and document technical issues
