Job Summary
A security intelligence and analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Professional Services Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing leadership support for the day to day activities of direct reports
- Implementing on going quality control measures such as shadowing and CSAT surveys
- Serving as a customer escalation point for all services engagements being delivered by their team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of management experience leading services delivery teams
- 3+ years experience delivering services around enterprise security software solutions
- Experience leading the development of new professional service offerings and associated artifacts
- Customer and relationship focused
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop personnel
- Experience supporting the sales process and participating in scoping, pricing and proposal activities
