Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Project Management Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction
• Owning responsibility for maintaining quality in deployments working with Program and Project management
• Assuming responsibility for continuous improvement upon delivery quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years of direct management experience
• 12+ years of experience in project management or related leadership roles
• Proven ability to analyze, develop, document, and optimize business processes
• Excellent knowledge of customer service procedures and practices
• Passion for project management and operations
• Excellent demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to assign and monitor work
