Qualifications for this position include:

• 20% travel
• Top Secret clearance (NRC Q clearance)
• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years experience or 8 years of additional relevant experience
• Experience managing Information Technology related projects
• Knowledge of lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
