Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and developing strong relationships and communication paths with stakeholders
- Applying best-fit methodology for project execution
- Assisting in Cost Benefit Analysis preparation, resource planning, sequencing, initiative planning and delivery
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced degree preferred
- A strong track record of developing and maturing processes
- An expert understanding of the technology development and delivery processes
- Proven capabilities in applying organizational change management methods and techniques
- Proven experience in managing a wide variety of technology projects utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies
- 10+ years of technology project leadership experience with a focus on cross-department process improvements and related tools implementation
