A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Technology Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Understanding and assessing needs and open positions
• Developing a recruiting strategy and candidate resource pool
• Sourcing, assessing, qualifying, interviewing and closing candidates

Required Skills:

• 2 years of recruiting experience and an IT recruiting background
• A solid understanding of information technology and technical positions
• Strong interviewing and negotiating skills
• Detailed and process oriented with communication, organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to succeed in a remote-work environment
