Job Summary

A digital banking company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Develop employee value proposition and promote company as an employer of choice
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/publications/colleges etc., using an applicant tracking system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience in technical recruitment with an emphasis on creating a broad and diverse candidate pool
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Proven experience with various selection tools
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
