Job Summary
A residential real estate company has an open position for a Remote Technology Recruiter II.
Must be able to:
- Design and nurture campaigns for engineering talent pools to share our diverse culture
- Scout and build relationships with top tier engineering talent
- Facilitate introductions between prospective hires and leaders
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on recruiting talent in technology
- A passion for driving inclusive hiring, including; Black, LatinX, Women, Indigenous, People w/Disabilities, and Veteran communities
- Experience in building relationships with Recruiting, HR and leadership to ensure an impeccable candidate experience
- A passion to drive process improvement and be a strong contributor to the Redfin recruiting community
