Job Summary
A fashion company is in need of a Remote Technology Recruiter in Los Angeles.
Must be able to:
- Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
- Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
- Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience supporting a Technology team preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels of positions
- Extensive use of automated applicant tracking systems
