A fashion company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Recruiter in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
- Understanding key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
- Managing all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience supporting a Technology
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels of positions
- Extensive use of automated applicant tracking systems
