Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the interview process through interview scheduling and follow-up with applicants within interviewing process
- Extend offers of employment and collect new hire documents
- Ensure managers and supervisors stay abreast of all recruitment and onboarding activity, throughout the new hire process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to source candidates using a variety of search methods, to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Ability to extend offers of employment and collect new hire documents
- Ability to manage pre-employment assessments and skill assessments
- Ability to design and post positions appropriately on job boards, internally and externally
- Ability to complete new hire paperwork for all new hires
- Ability to ensure managers and supervisors stay abreast of all recruitment and onboarding activity
