Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Recruiting Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with hiring teams and candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm multi stage interviews
- Establishing strong relationships with recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates
- Owning the candidate experience with a high degree customer focus
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator in high volume startup environment
- Strong understanding of administrative operations within Staffing/HR
- Highly proficient with G Suite, and Zoom to schedule interviews
- Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems
