Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Recruiting Coordinator and Agency Liaison.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the main point of contact and liaison between recruiting agencies and internal team members
- Driving process improvement and operationalization of our agency process
- Scheduling interviews and leading all aspects of the candidate lifecycle for all technical candidates submitted via agency

- Strong communication in all forms (email, Slack, texting, Zoom, phone)
- You're an organizer - others look to you for accurate information, and you can quickly and easily provide it
- You thrive in a team setting and are proactive when it comes to getting in touch with teammates or improving a process
- You have experience managing multiples schedules at one time and love working in a fast paced environment
