Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Sales and Services Enablement Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with leadership and other stakeholders to design, roll-out
  • Identifying competencies for key customer-facing roles
  • Partnering with leadership and ops to identify technology and tools that enhance sales & services rep effectiveness

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of enablement experience, primarily in B2B and/or SaaS
  • Experience and enthusiasm for managing a global enablement program
  • Deep experience managing enablement processes
  • Deep understanding of common sales and services tools
  • Experience identifying, deploying, and managing enablement-related tools
