Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Sales Contract Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting and tracking all changes that arise during a contract negotiation and execution
- Coordinating responses to redline negotiations
- Recommending process improvement plans and help drive implementation of best practices into the contract review process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 6 years of general business or contract-related experience
- Must be able to read and interpret applicable regulatory and legal documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong analytical skills with focus on issue identification and resolution
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
