Job Summary

A construction technology is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Sales Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Work with the Head of Growth & Finance team on annual and quarterly planning
  • Compile monthly & quarterly attainment & compensation metrics for the sales team
  • Identify and work with our systems manager to enhance current workflows and processes

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in operations and/or analytics
  • Salesforce experience: dashboards & reports
  • MS Excel skills, you are skilled at sumifs, index/match and vlookup, pivot, and table formulas
  • Enjoy solving problems with non-obvious solutions
