Job Summary
A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Sales Planning Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain annual financial plans and ongoing financial goals
- Manage territory assignments to enable achievement and an efficient onboarding of a quickly scaling team
- Create and administer compensation plans for sales and success teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a sales operations role
- Strong understanding of SaaS business model
- Knowledge of sales metrics and sales cycles
- Strong skills with MS Excel and Salesforce.com, as well as compensation tools
