Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology SDR Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement lead development sales processes & methodologies
- Train & motivate SDRs
- Think strategically about the vision for the SDR organization’s growth overall
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Sales leadership experience, specifically related to motivating and coaching SDRs
- The proven ability to recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage quota-achieving SDRs
- Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools for SDR teams to use
- Desire to work with marketing and sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
- Excellent customer-facing skills and written/verbal communication
- Proven ability to design & grow a scalable SDR function
