Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Security Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the entire post-sales journey
  • Ensuring rapid adoption of the solution by the customer
  • Developing success plans for customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a CSM, TAM, CSE, or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience with one or more of the following: API technologies, container technologies, security, or SaaS/Cloud
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM, service desk, and CS tools
