Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Security Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the entire post-sales journey
- Ensuring rapid adoption of the solution by the customer
- Developing success plans for customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a CSM, TAM, CSE, or similar customer-facing role
- Experience with one or more of the following: API technologies, container technologies, security, or SaaS/Cloud
- Experience or familiarity with CRM, service desk, and CS tools
