Job Summary

A privately held software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Senior Customer Education Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success
  • Working directly with our customers to survey and research elements that would improve the product adoption journey
  • Maintaining and evolving a growing curriculum of online resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience as a Technical Author, Software or Infrastructure Architect or Customer Support Engineer
  • Experience implementing software products or solutions in large enterprise companies
  • Proficiency in understanding technical concepts and technologies
  • Experience with interactive learning platforms like Instruqt, Katacoda and Qwiklabs
  • Experience creating and iterating on written technical guidance
  • Strong skill sets in infrastructure architecture, cloud, IT operations, security, and development technologies and processes
