Job Summary
A privately held software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Senior Customer Education Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success
- Working directly with our customers to survey and research elements that would improve the product adoption journey
- Maintaining and evolving a growing curriculum of online resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience as a Technical Author, Software or Infrastructure Architect or Customer Support Engineer
- Experience implementing software products or solutions in large enterprise companies
- Proficiency in understanding technical concepts and technologies
- Experience with interactive learning platforms like Instruqt, Katacoda and Qwiklabs
- Experience creating and iterating on written technical guidance
- Strong skill sets in infrastructure architecture, cloud, IT operations, security, and development technologies and processes
