Job Summary
A company specializing in media, digital, and communications services is filling a position for a Remote Technology Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline within assigned Service Line/Sub-Service Line
- Leveraging multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage candidates
- Managing 10-15 requisitions at a given time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in an HR or recruiting environment
- Experience in the Tech and Digital Media/Ad Agency space
- Proficiency in MS office
- Ability to manage and prioritize a complex and diverse workload
- Effective communication, influencing, and persuasiveness skills
- Able to manage and resolve complex customer situations while maintaining a team culture
