Job Summary

A company that specializes in distribution and value added services relating to electronic components has a current position open for a Remote Technology Senior Workday HR Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as team lead overseeing support for HR technology enhancements
  • Analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting solution
  • Following Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in Human Resource or Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
  • 5+ years HR technology experience
  • Experience with Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time, Projects, Talent and Payroll
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination
  • Ability to apply discretion as it relates to confidential or sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
