A company that specializes in distribution and value added services relating to electronic components has a current position open for a Remote Technology Senior Workday HR Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as team lead overseeing support for HR technology enhancements
- Analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting solution
- Following Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Human Resource or Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- 5+ years HR technology experience
- Experience with Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time, Projects, Talent and Payroll
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination
- Ability to apply discretion as it relates to confidential or sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
