An information technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Service Desk Analyst 2.
Must be able to:

- 1+ year(s) experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 1+ year(s) customer service experience in a professional industry
- High school diploma
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
