Job Summary
A technology services company has an open position for a Remote Technology Services Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, engaging, and screening direct applications to assigned job postings
- Sourcing candidates through various job board and social media outlets; Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and CRM
- Crafting and sending recruiting texts and emails, in addition to cold-calling prospective candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Firsthand experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present and clearly articulate our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
