Job Summary
A retail and e-commerce company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Solutions Customer Service Representative in Aurora.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the SME on customer accounts as assigned to the sales team supported
- Understanding customer set up and requirements and sharing information as needed
- Providing updates to customer specific account notes and other content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years related professional experience
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Competency in MS Office suite and PC Skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to meet required timelines
