Job Summary

A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Solutions Employee Experience and Engagement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class HR Service Support through our service center to enhance the employee experience
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate to influence the direction of employee experience and learning and development
  • Execute the Employee Experience vision and strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 12 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, business, education, or related field
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute strategically
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • Strong ability and desire to meld vision with reality; design, implement and evaluate best-in-class learning solutions
  • Problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
