Job Summary
A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Solutions Employee Experience and Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class HR Service Support through our service center to enhance the employee experience
- Identify opportunities and collaborate to influence the direction of employee experience and learning and development
- Execute the Employee Experience vision and strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 12 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field
- A Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, business, education, or related field
- Ability to think, plan, and execute strategically
- Experience leading change management initiatives
- Strong ability and desire to meld vision with reality; design, implement and evaluate best-in-class learning solutions
- Problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
