Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Support Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Update/expand our platform and its underlying technology stack
  • Support customers' day-to-day support requests via email, telephone, live chat, or in-app
  • Monitor platform performance and triage customer-reported problems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of support experience in a technology environment
  • 1+ years of common web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, FTP, email deliverability, and network connectivity
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of reading and interpreting log files, regardless of source application
  • 1+ years of desktop and mobile operating systems
  • 1+ years of all major browsers and versions
