Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations and perceptions
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Address and report customer feedback and opinions
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector
- Must be proficient in common office software applications (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Windows)
