Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations and perceptions
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
  • Address and report customer feedback and opinions

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector
  • Must be proficient in common office software applications (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Windows)
