Job Summary
A multi national corporation that provides food, shelter, clothing, and transportation products through subsidiary companies needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Talent Solutions Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and execute a sourcing strategy that supports our recruiting teams and company talent needs
- Facilitate partnerships between vendor RPO resources and business point of contacts
- Provide mentorship, coaching, guidance and career development to members of your team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience leading or partnering with RPO team members
- Direct experience sourcing or recruiting
- Experience gathering and analyzing metrics and data to identify challenges, trends, and opportunities
- Experience consulting with HR or leaders throughout the business on best in class sourcing and recruiting solutions
