Job Summary
A consumer-driven healthcare solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Technology Talent Specialist Talent Partner.
Must be able to:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process
- Collaborate and build strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Identify proactive and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years full life cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing in the technical space required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with online recruitment and employment branding tools including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others
- Ability to maintain and uphold confidentiality expectations
