Job Summary
A technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Testing and Assessment Solutions Account Executive.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and growing relationships to drive expansion and renewals
- Generating demand by assisting clients to identify current needs
- Minimizing churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university
- 10 years of professional experience in account management/client services
- Proven track record expanding client relationships
- Experience managing internal SME’s for positive outcomes
- Client Management skills
- Contract negotiation skills
