Job Summary
Clothing and accessories rental company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Training Customer Experience Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Improving and innovating to Training program for Customer Experience Department including onboarding and ongoing training
- Partnering with Manager of Training to implement a process to better evaluate training and Trainer effectiveness
- Researching and keeping current on the latest training trends, design, methodology and best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational
- 7+ years training experience including course design and supervision management of a training team
- Experience managing teams virtually and keeping associates engaged
- Familiar with various methods of course design for both groups and individuals, including remote training
- Strong background in customer centric roles
