Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Transformation Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating tools and leading training sessions
  • Instilling a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices
  • Advising executives to develop functional strategies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to develop and facilitate training material on Agile topics
  • 5 or more years of Agile coaching
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 8+ years of Agile experience
  • Agile system level and team level coaching experience
