An IT solutions provider is seeking a Remote TechOps Escalation Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide critical high-level support to consultants

  • Resolve technical escalations and IT requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of IT operations experience
  • MacOS and Windows experience
  • Ability and willingness to properly document processes
  • Strong understanding of computer networking fundamentals
